Information and Forms for the APCM on 9th May 20201
The Annual Meeting and Meeting of Parishioners delayed from March by the Pandemic, will be at 10.30am on 9th May 2021 in the parish church. There will be a short act of worship followed by the meeting.
Social distancing requirement mean that seats will be limited. If you cannot attend, the law has been changed so that you can join the meeting on Zoom and vote that way too. The Zoom link will be published in the weekly news sheet or can be obtained by request from the church office.

Elections are for:
2 Church Wardens
2 Deputy Churhc Wardens
3 PCC Members (for a three year term)
The Electoral Roll is our official membership list and being on it entitles you to vote at the annual meeting.
If you are 16 years of age or over and live in the parish or have worshipped here for at least 6 months, you are entitled to join.

The applicaation forms must be ruturned to the church office by 18 April, after which the Roll is “frozen” until after the APCM.
If you want to join, download a form HERE and return to the office (or ask the office for a paper copy).
